  • I offer counseling and psychotherapy services to a wide-range of individuals who find themselves in need of additional support. Whether someone has been in therapy throughout their lives or if it is their first time seeking someone out, the approach is tailored to you.

    I primarily offer 1:1 counseling and psychotherapy services lasting about 50 minutes, occuring once per week. Depending on your needs, we may adjust our meeting cadence.

  • First things first: it takes a lot to seek out support, and I respect and admire the desire to take the steps to make your life better. During our intake session, you can expect me to guide you and speak a bit more than I normally would. From there, we will formulate goals for us to work towards. There is no set number of sessions that we designate; we keep working until we reach your goals.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule a call — the initial 15 minute consultation call is free. From there, if we are a match then we’ll schedule our intake appointment and go from there.

  • For a 1:1 session, my standard 50-minute session is $150. I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSAs.

    Sliding scales are available on a limited, case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the therapist.

  • I do! As of now I am available through Headway with their assortment of insurance panels, via Rula and their assortment of panels, and I am in the process of credentialing directly with United/Optum and Medicare Part B.

  • Once you and I have established care I am unambiguously your therapist. If after discussion we find that it would be to your benefit to include a collaborator, we can include the partner/spouse/child/support person for a limited number of sessions so they can better support you.

    If through the course of working together we find that your primary issue is a couples or family issue that we cannot resolve on a one-to-one basis, we can take the appropriate steps to get you connected to the support you’re looking for.

  • You can be anywhere you like, as long as you’re safe, able to converse comfortably, and able to guarantee your privacy.

  • Unfortunately, no. If you are in a moving vehicle your therapist may have be delay or cancel session until you are stationary. If you are not able to be stationary during the session, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • The client-therapist relationship is privileged, meaning that your therapist will not share your information or the content of your sessions outside of the alotted time.

    However, there are exceptions. If you tell your therapist about instances of child abuse, elder abuse, or a plan to harm yourself or someone else, depending on the circumstances your therapist may have to break confidentiality due to being a mandated reporter in California.

  • As of now sessions are limited to telehealth within the state of California. As long as you are within state lines, we will be able to hold our sessions.
